A two part course presented on zoom (2 x 2 hours). The first session reveals the latest fascinating evidence and information about why birth method and breastfeeding are so influential on the life-long health of your child. Part 2 will help you to prepare for getting breastfeeding off to a good start. Information is presented in an easy to understand format, with plenty of opportunity for discussion.
Attendance on the antenatal course entitles you to one free online consultation (30 minutes) up to 6 weeks after your baby is born. To arrange longer consultations please indicate on your enquiry form (charged at £35 per hour)
